how can i assign in win 2000 the same folder for all of my users (for
example I want that all my user have the same configuration for outlook
express, and the same file in the desktop folders)
If I login to win 2000 as a different user I lose this configuration.

I think I have to do some changes to the windows registry or a win 2000
option.

Is there anyone can help me please as soon as possible ?

Are you referring to a single PC system, or a network of PC's with one
person using each?

If you're referring to a single PC, then you'll need to add the
folders/files etc into the c:\documents and settings\all users\ folder, then
all users on the system will get the same settings.

If it's a network, then it's likely to more complicated, but you should be
able to do something with login scripts of something similar, depending on
what exactly you are looking to do.

Mandatory profiles may do what you're looking for, though the same OE
config means the same account for everyone. If it's just desktop
folders, a login script could ensure the file was there or you could
use the default user profile to handle it.
