How unzip without path and rename duplicates automatically?

I have many zip & rar archives containing midi files in many
subdirectory: I want to copy all them in a single directory (so unzip
without path) renaming duplicates automatically(e.g. My.mid -->
MyMid(2).mid if already exists): any idea ?

Better: renaming only for file with same filename but different
dimension.

I found 7-zip: it automatcally rename, but regardless dimension.
