How transfer contacts from outlook'97 to 2003 on another computer

I have a failing computer and I want to transfer my outlook "97 contacts list
from it to a laptop running outlook 2003. How do I go about doing it? I
guess I'm looking for a "contacts file" to copy to disk and then transfer to
the laptop. Also is there a problem with the conversion from Outlook '97 to
2003?

Answer is posted here every day. There is no separate "Contacts List."
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
