I am trying to transfer all Outlook settings and data to another computer.
Is there a "simple" way?

The articles contain a lot of information but I'm still missing information
on how to transfer the the list of email accounts and there settings. One of
the articles says the email accounts are in the Registry but the example is
apparently for not for Outlook 2003 which I am using.

The shareware product ABF Outlook Backup hold promise in its write up but
the documentation contains multiple grammar errors and inconsistent
information with no clear explanation of what option will backup the list of
email accounts. A trial-version is available but I dislike trial and error
methods for fear of messing up my own systems.

Email accounts are in the registry, but Outlook has no built-in backup mechanism for them. THe mechanism that Microsoft provides is the Save My Settings wizard, which is what I'd recommend that you use to transfer everything to another machine.

I just looked at the Save My Settings wizard as you suggested, Sue. However,
it appears to cover Outlook Express which is different than Outlook 2003.
Did I miss something and it does cover Outlook 2003?

The Save My Settings wizard has nothing to do with Outlook Express. It is for backing up and restoring settings for Office programs including Outlook. If you have Office 2003, then you have the version for Outlook 2003.

I stand corrected in that I discovered the "Files and Settings Transfer
Wizard" which does include Outlook Express. I eventually found the "Save My
Settings Wizard" under the Start/All Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft
Office Tools menu. Call me a Type A personality but I still want to transfer
only my email accounts from Outlook 2003. The Save My Settings Wizard is an
all or nothing for all Microsoft Office applications.

That's the first time you've said you want to transfer *only* your accounts. There is no way to do that. It is possible, however, to transfer an entire mail profile, which includes the mail account settings. What the Save My Settings Wizard does is backup and restore the registry keys and files that contain all the Outlook settings. For the mail profiles, the relevant registry key is HKCU\Softwre\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WIndows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles.

Whenever I try to receive mail they are messages from outlook express saying
Rejected Incoming Mail -- Not Enough Space in your Inbox. How do I fix it? My
emai address is (e-mail address removed). Thanks in advance.

That message would be from your ISP, contact them for instructions on how to
correct the problem.
