How toset time limit for users

I am using windows xprofessional. I am administrator of
my computer and i want to set time limit for users of my
computer.What i have to do?
 
Under the Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates
\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Sessions folder, the following settings can be made:

-- Set time limit for disconnected sessions
-- Set time limit for active sessions
-- Set time limit for idle sessions
-- Allow connection from original client only
-- Terminate session when time limits are reached

You will need 3rd party software for this, e.g. the program
"1st Security Center" is able to do that:

Hi

Note that this is for Terminal Server sessions only...
