Assuming you mean Internet Explorer ... from an open browser go to
Tools->Internet Options...->Privacy
Here you can configure your privacy settings with a slider bar. You may
need to lower it a notch or two to get the cookies to work. If this does
not fix the problem, make sure to return the slider back to what it was set
at.
