Hi,

Go to your
C:\Documents and Settings\NAMEOFUSERACCOUNT\Favourites\
and then copy your Favourites directory to your other drive or wherever you
want your backup copy to go.

Please note C:\ is the name of the drive of where you installed your Windows
XP and the "NAMEOFUSERACCOUNT" is whatever your useraccount name is so
substitute your account name to get to your Favourites directory.

In addition to Gary's suggestion you can do the following. Open Internet
Explorer, go to File, select Import and Export and follow the screens to
export your favorites. Make not of the location to which you are exporting.
This will create an htm file which you can copy to a floppy disk or CD.
When you wish to restore the file, copy it to a temp location on your hard
drive, run the wizard again, this time choosing the Import option at the
appropriate screen, point it to the location of that htm file and your
favorites will be restored.

By the way, that htm file is printable and readable and can be quite handy.
