I'm changing to a new PC, and will be installing my license of VS.net2003
on the new machine and formatting the HD on the old machine before donating
it to a local school.

I'm not a programmer, but got .net to create some simple CF projects, which
I invested enough time in that I don't want to have to recreate them from
scratch.

Is it sufficient to just copy over the directories with the projects to the
new machine, or do I need to do anything else to ensure a successful
transfer?

Thanks!

That should be enough. You can make a quick test for any relative path
problems by copying the solution folder from wherever it is now to the
desktop and try opening from there: If it opens, you should be good to go by
copying it to an entirely different machine too.

Cheers
Daniel
