How to write a new IE7 Toolbar?

does anybode know a good example for VB 2005? I haven't found a realy
working example for IE7 and VB.NET 2005.

I could be wrong - but I don't think you can. AFAIK this is a job for
unmanaged C++. I have seen a few articles on codeproject.com for ie
toolbars so you might start your search there.
