How to wrap word in a text box in a report

Hi,
I have a report that has a text box which is linked to a field named
responsible in the backend. Now this field may contain one name or multiple
name with a comma in between. When multiple names are in the field then the
field does not display all the names. Some of the names are getting
truncated. I was wondering how one can address the issue. I appreciate any
help on this. Thanks.

Set the Can Grow property of the textbox to yes.
