How to view values depnding on other fields??

I have two list items (company, branches) when I select a company name it
must view the related branches to that company in the other drop down list...
I don't want to view all branches in the table..
I am facing this problem how to solve it??
I've applying filters Macro but it didn't work...
also tried to put a select...where statment in the row source property of the
second list item, but each time it prompts me to enter the company name to
view their branches...this is no suitable at all...I want them to be viewed
directly...

is the query underlying your second combo box includes a criterion pointing
to the value selected in the first.
