how to view picture in address card view

I'm always adding pictures to the address cards to remember peoples faces.

On my pocket PC, these pictures are always used. Is it possible to make the
pictures visible in the address card views (list of contacts) or even have
pictures appear when mails are received (as is the case on pocket PC).

Pictures in Contacts show up in email messages and the address card
view in my Outlook 2007.

But that's an Outlook matter, unless it behaves differently for BCM
contacts.
 
I'm still using 2003 version, could this be the difference ?
