Hi,

I run Word 2000. I want to view Word file one page by one page on the
screen. How can I configure it?

Thanks in advance!

Lisa

If you're referring to navigation, use Ctrl+Page Down.

If you're referring to viewing one page at a time open the Zoom box & choose
either Whole Page or Fit [I can't remember how it's worded in 2000].

BTW: IIRC, even in 2000 you can edit in Print Preview if you click the
Magnifier button on the toolbar... Might be wrong about that :-)

AFAIK, you can edit in Print Preview in all versions of Word if you first
turn off the Magnifier.
