The simple fact that we, the consumer, have to post to a
bulletin board to get answers speaks loudly on how
microsoft treats us, the customer. (LIKE DIRT) They should
stop sending tech support overseas to India and try to
address this issues with us.
My problem is with Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0 home
version.
I can not view or access certain attached emails. These
emails are 'grayed' out and I can not manually look at
them. I can access pdf files from Adobe but, it seems that
Microsoft Word and other software are a problem. How can I
view attachments?
I think the setup is wrong. On my main identity menu, I
can not use many functions. They are 'grayed' out and you
can not click on them to use them.
Why is that?
