How to use Word 2007 template in Word 2003?

I'm trying to help someone design a new resume (CV), but I figure
there's no point reinventing the wheel. Microsoft Online has lots of
resume templates, but most are .dotm files for Word 2007. How can I use
a Word 2007 template in Word 2003?

Thanks -- I'm sure the answer is out there on the web, but my searches
have not so far found it.

You can't use Word 2007 dotm templates in Word 2003, however Word 2003 comes
with a selection of resume formats that you can use or modify. If they are
not installed, re-run setup and add them.
