How to use the same main menu in different forms

hi,
I have a question about how to sharing or creating alike the main form menu / context menu in different form.
becasue I don't want to repeat creating the same event handler.

create a menu class and many instances of it ?
you just have to repeat
new MyMainMenu(myForm)
