How to use the icon handle in compactframework?

I am a beginner of the WinCE programming.Now I use theSHGetFileInfo function to get the icons that are associated withfile,but a problem occurrence ,I can't find Icon.FromHandlemethod in the compactframeword! What can I deal with it? Pleasehelp me ,thanks.
