How to use subtotal with a condition

I currently have within a cell the following function

=SUBTOTAL(2,F:F)

What I want to do is only count any cell value that equals "High
Impact"....how would I change the above function to make that happen,
currently it is providing me a "0"

Try using countif
countif(F:F,"High Impact")
