how to use stereo headphones

how do i use my stereo headphones on my computer that way
all the other people in my family don't have to the
museic i have on my user account, that i listen to it has
some stuff that they don't appreciate listening to?

Hi,

You can go to the back of the computer and disconnect the speaker cable from
the sound card and then plug your stereo headphones in.

You'll probably need to purchase a pair of headphones that has a long cable
so that it'll reach from the back of the computer to where you're sitting.

Another way to get around this is to buy a pair of speakers that has a
headphone input near the speaker, so then you don't need to purchase a new
pair of headphones with a long cable.
