How to use PDFMaker in PowerPoint (2007)

Hello,

How can I use PDFMaker in PowerPoint. I can see it is listed in addons
but I do not know how to use it. I would like to save ppt file as pdf with
animations. Thank you.

Microsoft has a Save as PDF that works better with 2007:

But PDF files will not have animations, no matter which you choose to use.

In the most recent versions of Acrobat, they can. At least the basic 2000-style bulleted text animations and
such. Weird. But true.

Adobe's provided no UI for it, and as near as I can tell, no documentation, though

Learn something new everyday. I guess since they acquired Flash it
wasn't a big leap.

You have to use PDFMaker to produce the PDF from PPT.
Do you have an "Adobe PDF" item on the main menu bar of PPT?
Click that and try "Convert to Adobe PDF"
