How To Use PassProp.exe on Windows 2000 Active Directory

Hi, Everyone!

I know that we can limit password restrictions with more flexibility on Windows NT Domains using PassProp.exe.
Does anyone knows if there is a similar tool to accomplish this task for Windows 2000 AD?
