How to use OFFSET in VBA

I want to copy and paste using a macro; however I want to paste to a cell referenced in another cell.

For example if I had:


I want to copy A2 and paste it to the cell referenced in B2... so I should end up with a "1" in C2

Thank you for any help you can provide.
I know there are similiar posts out there on this topic, but i am coming at this from the perspective of a newbie and would like a more simple question answered.
