How to use multiple command button to copy user form data to multiple worksheet

Hi All,

I am making a User Form with 4 command button. Each command button is working good when used separately. But after successfully copying data from user form to one worksheet, other command buttons are not working.

Question: I have to save user form data into multiple worksheet depending on the command button and VBA coding but only one is working at a time. Please advise how to get through this.
