how to use/move programs installed by old/other user acounts

i recently bought this computer from a friend, i'm not
used to XP and had problems logging in to my mail
adresses on his old admin. account and other acounts, so
i removed it, and made a new admin. acount, now things
got better but, now i can't use some registered programs
he installed with his acount on the HD.Do i have to
reinstall these programs or is there a way to move or use
them in my acount again?

Hi Storm,

You need to reinstall them. This is very common with older software.
