How To Use Keyword DataDirectory For Database In Same Folder As Executable

Hello,

With a fairly complete and detailed example, how do I use the
DataDirectory keyword? What I ultimately want to do is place my
database in the same folder as the executable and have my application
find it there.

Clusardi,

Will you please tell always what database you are using, because for Oracle
and SQL server this is not needed. This is only needed for database files as
the Jet engine.

Probably do you have that and in the way you ask it you can than use the
application.startuppath

Chris,

The official name from the Access database part is Jet engine so you can use
that application.startuppath

Hello,

I have put the keyword DataDirectory in my connection string and
everything is working except for one thing. When I load the Crystal
Report, it prompts me for user id and password. How can I stop this?
