How to use home email and have my work email address show

I would like to be able to send email from my home office Outlook which has
my personal email but have my work email address show when it reaches the
recipient.
This would save substantial time when working from home without having to
use our office web based email which takes extensive time loading attachments.

Would it be good enough to set the Reply To to be your office e-mail so that
when they replied it would go to your office e-mail?

There are a number of possible technical issues with spoofing the FROM
address you're using - including your ISP may reject the message or it may
get flagged as spam on the other end because the sender domain and server IP
won't resolve.

Have you actually asked your IT folks or Exchange admin or checked
company policies to ensure that you are allowed to use company resources
for personal e-mails? Typically companies want only company-related
e-mails going through their servers. You use THEIR property when you
are doing the work for them that you are paid and you keep your personal
e-mails separate. Personal e-mails can negatively impact a company's
image, reveal information they want kept private, or result in
liabilities based on comments made by their employees in what would've
otherwise been personal and non-company e-mails.

You can specify whatever you want as the value of the E-mail field in
the e-mail account that you define within Outlook.

That is a bogus test. How would you resolve the difference in a legitimate
email from a legitimate ISP through a legitimate server, when the assigned
ISP email address is in the 'pacbell.net' domain, but the serve is in the
'yahoo.com' domain? I have 'at&t Yahoo! HSI', and am given,
'smtp.att.yahoo.com' as my mail server.

Here is an example:

A domain gateway server marking this as spam would be 100% wrong!

BTW, it isn't "spoofing" to use an email address that has been legitimately
assigned to a user.

I don't know MS Outlook, so I don't know if you want something like an MSOE
Identity, or something like a Pegasus Mail Profile. But Outlook should have
the flexibility to allow you to create something along those lines in which
you add your "work" email address; such that you can select which "From:"
email address you will use. Automated selection is usually problematic,
though, when you have multiple "From:" email addresses to select from. I
find that, when I am rushed, I usually wind up using the wrong email
address! ;)
