How to use Help and Registry in Excel VBA

Dear Colleagues;

I have two requests for help from you.

One is "How do you use a home-brew help file in a worksheet by pressing a
command button and in UserForms by pressing Help or F1?"

The other is "How do you manipulate RegistryKeys using probably Windows
API(such as SetRegistryKey...)?" I want to be able to save and retrieve
configuration data in the Registry.
