How to use GPSAPI in VB.net

Hi
I Install the Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK
and It has sample named GPS
After I Compiler it
It grow a File name Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Samples.Location.dll
and I use vb.net(2005)
Imports it
Yes it go out some Class like GPS

or GPSOpenDevice.......
but I don' know how to use them
So I hope you can teach me
