How to use breadcrumb add-in

I'm creating a website for the first time with frontpage. I want to put in
"bread crumbs" and have downloaded the kaosweaver add in (http://addonfp.com).

However, I have no idea how to actually use this and can't find any help on
it. Can anyone help?
 
Thanks - I appreciate the link, but i'm still confused. It explains how the
add in works, but not how to actually put it in my site (e.g. do I need to
cut and paste code from somewhere?) Its the first time I've used any kind of
add in, so I'm not sure if its the general process I'm having trouble with,
or if it is this specific one. There is a 'set up' text file included in the
download, but it just contains nonsense. I was hoping that someone else would
have used it and could give me step by step instructions.
