I am having to make various database files with the same fields, only
differing in content of the fields. I would like to be able to have a
standard report and query format that I can use with these databases so as
not to have to recreate the formats for each database made. The report
format would be show unique selection and order of fields, particular design
view features etc. I am a novice access user and am keen on the most simplest
solution. To reiterate, I would like to open a particular database, some how
apply a previously made report and query format and print identical looking
reports. From my limited understanding I seem to have to recreate the formats
for each database when I first use them . This is too painfull and there must
be a better way. Can anyone please assist?

You can import reports and queries from another file and you could even copy the
entire file and then just replace the data.
