how to upgrade a website to Frontpage 2003 from Frontpage 2000?

I developed a website using FP 2000 on my desktop, now have purchased a
laptop and FP 2003 (windows xp). Can I get the website info from the desktop
transferred to the laptop so that I can update from there? If yes, how?
