If I delete the LPT1 port and reboot my system windows XP automatically sets
FilterResourceMethod property to “Never use an interruptâ€.

It seems windows XP has default “Never use an interrupt†setting for LTP1.

Is there any way by which I can change this behaviors so that windows will
set "Use any interrupt assigned to the port", if port is enumerated first
time.

Please help me.

Check your BIOS settings. If that's the way it is there, then Windows will
set it that way also.
Do you also have "Enable legacy Plug and Play detection" checked, and have
you assigned it a port number.
