How to uninstall windows 2000 advanced server

Hello
In my machine , I have two operating system
Windows 98 and Windows 2000 advanced server.
Now i want to remove both and keep only one OS , windows
xp.
My question is how to uninstall windows 2000 advanced
server, so that i cna upgrade windows 98 to windows XP
