recently i downloaded toolbar, now it stays for ever, even no uninstall

now how can i remove the toolbar from internet explorer and outlook express

Thanks

Ganesh,

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.

| You should also have Spybot search and destroy. Also free.

I just cleaned one off my daughter's PC, forget what it was called, but if
it's the same one, it give options of Emoticons, pretty pictures at the top
of your we-page etc.
This also had no uninstall.
I ran Spybot which identified lots of 'nasties' but most importantly, gave
me the program's name.
Quarantined all the bits Spybot found, did a full Regedit search for all
instances of the program name and deleted the lot, then finally deleted the
program folder from Program Files in Explorer.

Clean as a whistle now.

Try that, but backup your registry first if you're not sure what your doing.

I'll add an amendment to that.
If you try and clean it out as I did, only quarantine the Spybot ones which
it automatically checks - leave the others alone.
