how to uninstall.....plz help

how do you uninstall outlook express and msn gaming zone
when the folder is titled 'windows'...plz help ive been
looking for a way to do this for along time...it is
taking alot of space out of my harddrive..thanks
 
You can't really uninstall them. and they are not taking up much space at
all. both combined it's less then 15MB.
