How to uninstall patch Q824145

Can someone tell me how to uninstall the latest and
greatest security patch to IE6? It has broken the normal
scrolling behavior (as others have noted on this board)
and so far I have not seen any response from MSFT as to
what they plan to do about it. Thx.
 
On my Win98/SE it was listed under "Internet Explorer Q824145" instead of under "Microsoft" or "Windows"

....but apparently the scrolling bug also affected the
add/remove programs window (!), so I missed it the first
time around. I just removed the patch and the double
scrolling is gone. Thx to bumtracks, Mike and Greg.

On my machine it's listed in Add/Remove as Internet Explorer Q824145.
