How to Uninstall Outlook Express from W2k Pro

I would like to Uninstall Outlook Express from my W2K Pro
Machine but am not able to find any info on how to do this
successfully.

Please advise.

Its not reccomended as certain OE files are used by other MS apps, not least
the Newsreader
Is there a specific reason for this?
