I am trying to install Enterprise Instrmentation Framework and I an getting
install errors. After reading some posts, it seems I need to uninstall .NET
1.0. I deleted the 1.0 folder under Microsoft.NET but it seems that's not
enough. Is there a tool or a method to completely remove everything
related to 1.0 from the system?

I strongly doubt you have to remove any .NET version (but the betas) for
something to work.
Normally all .NET version coexist peacefully!!
Like completely separate product, in fact.....

Anyway, to uninstall you (absolutely not) delete a folder, you go on
Control Panel => Uninstall Program => .NET framework 1.0

The problem is now that you've deleted some file I'm afraid you won't be
able to uninstall (missing installation scrip break uninstall :-/)
So you have to repair your install 1st by reinstalling the .NET 1.0, then
uninstall it properly (with the Control Panel => Uninstall Software).

When you'll have done all of that you'll see that Enterprise instrumentation
framework is still not working, but you'll have an open mind to look for
alternative by then ;-)
