How to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

Hi.
I have Windows 2003 Server running critical application. After installation
..NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 my application stopped working. I know
exactly that problem is in SP1. I test it on my test server without SP1 and
after installation of SP1.
How can I uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 from Windows
2003 server? It’s easy on XP and Server 2000. I just uninstalled .NET
Framework 1.1 and installed it back. But .NET 1.1 is a part of Windows 2003
server.

If you uninstalled and reinstalled v1.1 SP1 will be gone.

You may try to uninstall the patch named KB867460 in the Add/Remove
Programs.
This is a patch for .NET framework 1.1.

I've tried numerous methods to uninstall the .net framework. When i did the
last uninstall the files in the 1.1.4322 directory are still there. If i
manually delete the files, 5 seconds later the system automatically restores
them.

How do I completely remove these files?
