Is there any way to uninstall a network adapter device using command
line?
I tried this Devcon.exe remove "Hardware ID"
But for some reason after I tried to configure the IP address for a new
Net driver
It comes up with a message that this IP address already assigns for
another adapter.

This error message does not appear if I do uninstall from the Device
manager.

Try removing the registry entries for the connections as well. Just
search your registry for Local Area Connection to find the appropriate
keys.
