How to UNHIDE envelope that comes in taskbar when a new mail arriv

Whenver we get a new mail , an envelope comes up in the taskbar uptil any
unread mail is present in the inbox. I used the button "Hide Envelope" on the
taskbar.
I want to kow how to unhide it.
 
See if the option here works: Tools menu > Options > Email > Advanced

Right-click an empty area of the system tray and choose Customize
Notifications. Locate the "You have new unopened items" icon and change the
behavior to "Always show".
