How to undelete an opportunity

I accidently deleted an opportunity in BCM2007. Is there any method to
restore it? I had actually created a follow up flagged reminder and thought
that when you clicked "delete task" in the follow up screen it would only
delete the reminder. Nope!

Go into your deleted items folder under the BCM folder list and you should
find your deleted opportunity sitting there.
