Hi,
You can create such formatting in the following way.
1. Switch to Print Layout view.
2. Type all of your text and select it.
3. Press Ctrl+E for center justification.
4. With the text still selected, on the Format menu, click Columns.
5. In the Columns dialog box, select Two, and click OK.
6. Move your cursor to the place where your second sentence begins.
7. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to insert a column break.
6. Select the text again and press Ctrl+H.
7. In the "Find what" box type one space.
8. In the "Replace with" box type ^l.
9. Click 'Replace All.
