How to type over existing text

How do I type text over an existing text.
For example:
I want to type SeniorNet in light gray and on top of it I want to
type, using a different font, 123-2345.
 
It sounds as if you want SeniorNet to be a watermark. If you have Word 2002
or 2003, see Format | Background | Printed Watermark. For Word 2000, see
"HOW TO: Create a Watermark in Microsoft Word 2000" at
