How to turn on drag and drop links from Outlook to IE6

I would like to drag and drop a web page link from an Outlook message
to the IE window to open the web page from the link. I can do this in
Outlook Express. How do I turn it on in Outlook 2002 and 2003? Thank
you.
 
Don't think you can "drag & drop", but you can copy the link and paste
it in the address bar of IE...
