how to turn off OS Choice

every time i turn on my computer i have the OS choice and they are both windows XP help me i just need one how do i take the other one off
 
Go to Control Panel, System, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings. Select the default OS and the time out value.

You can also edit BOOT.INI (hidden file, in the root directory of your boot drive) to remove all references to operating systems, but the one you want to boot into. And set the timeout value to 0. If you're not sure of what you're doing, don't edit BOOT.INI manually.
