How to turn off Media player preview in explorer?

Hi, I am having problems with Windows Explorer. Whenever I
click on an .mp3 or file of the sort, Windows Media player
does this preview thing on the left side of the screen,
this slows my computer down. I just want to be able to
click a file and drag it onto WinAmp, but the preview
thing takes forever to load... is there anyway to turn
this off?
