How to turn off "(Auto) Save/Email/Block" pop-up utility on links

I hope this is the correct forum for this...

How do I turn off that -reeeeally- annoying Save/Block/OpenNewWindow/Email
box that opens on every mouse over link in IE(6)? It's a short menu bar
that has a floppy/block/new window/envelope picture. It may be useful to
some, but it drives me nuts. How can I kill it? It doesnt deserve to just
be turned off :)

Right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Properties.
On the advanced tab uncheck the option to "Enable third-party browsing
enhancements".
