how to turn auto-complete off

hi,
my question is on how to turn auto-complete off for
text boxes(not on the address bar) like the text boxes on
search engines where you enter text and then
click "search".

help would be appreciated,

Try this:

Click on Tools
Choose Internet Options
Choose the Advanced tab
under Browsers:
uncheck the box that says
Use Inline AutoComplete

If that doesn't work, I don't have any other ideas!

but it didnt work....the inline autocomplete option's
already disabled but it still doesnt work.
