How to turn a Flash MX made file into a website?

I was wondering how to change an interactive file that I made in Flash into a running website?

I don't have time to figure out how to do it (unless it's really easy), and I don't know where to look for help.

Does anyone have any suggestions??
 
I've not used flash for a long time, but there used to be an "export" option on the file menu which creates the SWF file and the associated HTML file to add to a website.
